What makes this balm different?
The formula combines the oil and wax base expected from a cleansing balm with salicylic acid, citric acid and gluconolactone. Mamonde also highlights mint, heartleaf and Centella positioning.

Is it a treatment product?
It is still primarily a rinse off cleanser. Even though acids are present, it should not be treated as equivalent to a leave on BHA or AHA serum.
