Useful if: choose it if you want a milky hydration mist with ceramide and green tea rather than a treatment focused PDRN or acid spray.
Why is this more than a plain water mist?
The formula contains oil and lipid based ingredients alongside humectants, which gives it a milkier product concept than a simple water spray. Ceramide NP, panthenol, ectoin and green tea ingredients are part of the supporting formula.
The useful distinction is still format: it adds a light leave on layer and does not automatically replace a normal moisturiser.
Does it need shaking?
Current UK directions say to shake gently before use, then hold the bottle roughly 20 to 25cm from the face and spray evenly with the eyes closed.
Because it can be used over makeup, it is also a different proposition from a toner that is only used immediately after cleansing.
Where does it fit in a routine?
Use it before makeup as a light hydration step or later in the day when you want to refresh the skin. If you use it in a full skincare routine, keep your usual sunscreen and moisturiser steps where appropriate.
