What are the capsules?
The small suspended particles are part of the formula rather than exfoliating beads. AESTURA uses them to carry ceramide ingredients within the toner. They disperse as the product is patted over the skin.
The formula also includes gluconolactone, a PHA. That does not mean you need to use the toner like a strong exfoliating treatment. Follow the current packaging and judge frequency by how your skin responds.
Where does it fit in a routine?
Use it after cleansing and before serum, moisturiser and SPF in the morning. AESTURA recommends applying it with the hands and gently patting it in rather than relying on a cotton pad.
If you prefer a spray format from the same range, the ATOBARRIER365 Cream Mist is a different product with a different delivery method. The toner is the more conventional first leave on step after cleansing.
